Dr Jan O’Neill

Jan is a NZ registered chiropractor specialising in Network Spinal care and has been in practice in Auckland since 2014. Jan has trained and certified to the highest level of Network Spinal (Level III), including Dr Donald Epstein’s exclusive and most advanced practitioner training, MasterE. Jan also holds certifications in advanced Yoga and Meditation teacher training and CrossFit training. She is a lifetime learner with an endless interest in personal development, the movement of energy, health and wellbeing. 

Through her studies and lived experiences Jan has developed an in-depth understanding of the way energy and information move through our central channel (the spine). She has assembled a unique skill set for helping people gain greater access to their energetic resources via this pathway. Jan specialises in Network Spinal (NS), which is a gentle but powerful modality that facilitates profound changes in spinal tensions and self awareness. Network Spinal allows people to safely and gracefully move out of defense physiology (fight, flight, freeze mode) and into a place of much greater connection with self and others. 

Jan is particularly compassionate towards those suffering from chronic stress, fatigue, anxiety and pain. This is because she has personal experience with overcoming these challenges. Her own personal transformation under Network Spinal care inspired her to leave her former career as an Environmental Planner and train to become a Network Spinal chiropractor.

Jan is based in Auckland and practises out of her North Shore studio, Courageous Being and a second satellite studio on Oratia. She finds great reward and inspiration in witnessing people transform their lives. She is dedicated to helping her clients overcome their fears and achieve continually greater levels of health and well-being, connection, energy availability, life enjoyment and alignment with their higher purpose.

As a chiropractor, Jan is ACC registered.
